The purpose of the Pharmacists Clinic is to provide patient-centred care that engages patients in the management of their own health. The Clinic is also an avenue for interprofessional collaboration and communication between the people who provide care for patients. General practitioners and specialists alike can refer patients to the Pharmacists Clinic. We specialize in complex patients with adherence issues, sub-optimal responses to treatment or other drug therapy challenges.
