Dr. Teri Charrois is associate dean of practice innovation and professor of teaching at UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Teri graduated with her BScPharm from the University of Alberta and then went on to complete a residency program. She worked as an internal medicine pharmacist for several years before finishing her master's degree in clinical epidemiology in 2005. Teri then worked as a research associate in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta (UofA), coordinating research studies in pharmacy practice. In 2010, Teri moved to Curtin University in Perth, Australia as a lecturer in the School of Pharmacy. In 2014, she joined the UofA Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences as academic lead of practice innovation. During that time she completed her doctor of education with a focus on adult learning and decision-making. Teri’s clinical practice is in outpatient osteoporosis care.
