NMR Spectrometer Bruker 400 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer

The NMR Spectrometer – Bruker 400 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer.

The 400 MHz NMR spectrometer is equipped with an automated sample changer and a multinuclear broadband fluorine observe probe (5 mm sample diameter). This instrument can be used to acquire routine 1H, 13C, 19F, and 31P spectra and a wide range of multidimensional NMR spectra. Variable high temperature (up to 100°C) NMR experiments can also be run. Treatment of spectral data is conveniently done on an offline workstation (Topspin software).
