Health Care Professional Services

The Pharmacists Clinic team works in respectful collaboration with you to optimize drug therapy results for your patients. We provide education and counselling so patients are able to take their drug therapies safely at home. We provide evidence-based care plans to help you care for patients with multiple-drug therapies and complex health conditions. Funded in part by the Ministry of Health and the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, our services are available at no cost to patients.
