  • Provide hiring managers with standardized support (similar to the support provided for faculty recruitment processes) and increased connection with the managers through the hiring process.  
  • Provide more communication and transparency around job classifications and the recall process and hiring processes to ensure efficiencies and ensure realistic expectations for the hire. 
Achieved Goals
  • Realigned service model based on appointment categories, developing a dedicated role of Assistant Human Resources Manager, Faculty Affairs (May 2023).
