Objectives
- Support repairs and renovations following flood in 2024.
- Ongoing action for space allocation and hybrid work, in particular student spaces and shared spaces (SMT discussion planned 2024).
- Updated space and hybrid work policies (2025).
Achieved Goals
- Optimized space in the Dean's Office by consolidating Dean's Office staff and increasing office sharing, enabling more available space elsewhere in the building (Sep 2023).
- Aligned space allocations with capacity across all portfolios for offices and labs—space planned for all new/current hires on academic and research side. Capacity for offices/labs (Oct 2023).
