- Maintained monthly coffee breaks, welcome lunches (ongoing).
- Implemented monthly research social networking events (March 2023).
- Maintained PharmCraft MS Teams channel to promote creative and social community within the Faculty (ongoing).
- Implemented first multicultural day celebration organized by the EDI Forum (June 2023).
- Implemented first EDI Forum Book Club (summer 2023) and related event (Sep 2023).
- Pharmacists in PCN Program held a Clinical Connections event (June 2023).
- Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies held their annual Research Symposium (May 2023), and Career Pathways in Pharmaceutical Sciences (June 2023).
- Retirement event/announcements held for Dr. Simon Albon (July 2023), Robert Sindelar and Urs Hafeli (2024).
- Maintained social committee, e.g., Glow Mini Golf, Paint night, Halloween night (May, Aug and Oct 2023), Flyover Canada (Feb 2024).
- Launched Celebration of Research event (inaugural event Nov 2022 and second event Feb 2023).
- Continued popular events like Alumni Agent of Change (March 2023), Dean's graduation reception (June 2023), Research (May 2023) and Academic portfolio (June 2023) retreats.
- Supported by Tristan Lai and Tim Lim, the event 'Category is Vogue' offered voguing lessons for beginners—teaching about ballroom culture and its significance to BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities (Feb 2023).
- Established UBC Pharm Sci Postdoctoral Society (PSPS) with the support of the ADGPS Office, with a goal to foster a community for the Faculty’s postdoctoral fellows through organized social and professional development activities (summer 2023); president elected (fall 2023).
- Continued annual holiday EdForum engagement with faculty and staff (2023 and ongoing).
