Academic Integrity

Continuing Pharmacy Professional Development is committed to academic integrity and takes academic misconduct seriously. Penalties for cheating, plagiarizing or other academic misconduct may include dismissal from the event or program with a failing grade and no refund of fees. Appeals

Students can appeal academic progress decisions through procedures outlined by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. For more information on academic policies and appeals, please email pharmsci.cppd@ubc.ca

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Please review the following information before registering for a program or event.

Payment

All fees are payable in Canadian dollars and are due at time of registration. Payment for events is made using VISA or Mastercard through the online system. Registration will be complete when we receive full fee payment. Special offers and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed transactions. 

Refunds

If you would like to withdraw from an event, please submit written notice via email to pharmsci.cppd@ubc.ca at least 7 calendar days before the event start date. If eligible, a refund will take 5 to 7 business days to complete (less a $50 administration fee). We cannot offer refunds for requests received after the event refund period.

Cancellations

CPPD reserves the right to restrict enrollment, cancel, postpone or otherwise modify announced events due to insufficient registration or other causes beyond its control. If this happens, we will offer a full refund and send it to you automatically.
