2026–2027 Pharm Sci Postdoc Pathway to Independence Research Grant. Internal UBC Pharm Sci award to assist postdocs interested in applying for faculty research positions. This year's recipient is Dr. Elizabeth Nethery (supervisor Dr. Laura Schummers) with the project "A rapidly evolving era in diabetes and weight-related metabolic pharmacotherapy: implications for reproductive planning, pregnancy, and postpartum care”. The grant is $10,000 for a 12-month period to support obtaining pilot data for their own independent research and future independent grant applications.
