Drop-in Advising and Advising Appointments

Prospective Students: Virtual drop-in is available – see hours and ways to attend here.

Questions about eligibility of coursework: We are not able to advise on eligibility of coursework through drop-in hours or advising appointments. Refer to resources available on our Admission Information page as reference. Submit your enquiries here if you need further information about your coursework. All coursework will be reviewed officially by the Undergraduate Admissions Office for transferability upon receipt of an application. Our office cannot confirm transferability of coursework to UBC; we can only advise on whether the content of coursework includes what is expected for our prerequisite subjects.

Applicants for 2026W Intake: If you have questions about the PIQS (Pre-recorded Interview Questions and Scenarios) or the admission shortlist, let us know here. For questions about evaluation of your application, coursework you have completed for your application, or submission of required documents, contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office directly through the Applicant Service Centre.

Current Students: Refer to the PharmD Program Hub on Canvas for contact information and advising hours for academic advisors.

Other Inquiries

If you are not able to attend the drop-in advising sessions, you can submit your inquiries here. We do our best to respond to enquiries received within 3 to 5 business days.
